Digital Music Trends produces weekly shows covering the latest news in the digital music industry as well as cool music startups and digital marketing projects. Andrea Leonelli started the show in 2009 and DMT has since covered the evolution of the digital music space with over 200 shows and 350 interviews.

The DMT News show is a panel-based podcast bringing together journalists, experts and analysts to chat about the latest news in the digital music space.

The DMT 1-2-1 show covers individual interviews with music tech startups & established companies as well as cool digital marketing agencies working on interesting music-related projects.

Founder and host of Digital Music Trends, producing weekly shows covering the latest news in the music technology space. DMT now has a broad following amongst industry professionals worldwide. Andrea has spoken at a number of music conferences including MIDEM, SXSW, Berlin Music Week, Social Media Week (in London and Hamburg), Future Music Forum, Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City and Future Music Camp.

Andrea started out as Archivist for Island Records at Universal Music working on research projects for the Island 50th Anniversary, U2 albums remastering and the Bob Marley documentary. Staying within UMG he moved to the digital distribution department as Digital Release Coordinator working with UMTV, Island Records and UMG Ireland. He then joined  music gaming start-up Bopler as Content Operations Manager.

Today Andrea now splits his time between Digital Music Trends and Rockol.com, where looks after editorial.
